💬 What You'll Do

👥 Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: posting, screening, interviewing, hiring
Develop and maintain job descriptions and job ads for various clinic roles
Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and deployment

📋 Employee Records & Compliance

Maintain complete and accurate employee files (digital and physical)
Ensure compliance with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and government mandates
Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and leave tracking
Support payroll processing by validating employee data and documentation

🧠 Employee Engagement & Performance

Implement performance evaluation processes and track KPIs
Handle employee concerns, grievances, and feedback with empathy and confidentiality
Organize staff development, team building, and wellness programs
Promote a positive and supportive work environment aligned with Kidoo’s values

📊 HR Systems & Administration

Improve HR systems, policies, and procedures
Maintain and update organizational charts and job structure
Coordinate HMO enrollment, government benefits, and clinic policies
Provide support during audits, inspections, or reports as required

📌 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in a generalist HR or HR officer role
Knowledge of labor laws, compensation and benefits, and HR operations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience in healthcare or education setting is a plus
Willing to work onsite in Bacoor, Cavite
