We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Finance Specialist who can manage day-to-day finance operations, help streamline reporting, and ensure accountability as our clinic continues to grow.

💬 What You'll Do

💰 Financial Management & Reporting

Prepare and analyze monthly income statements, expense reports, and cash flow summaries
Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial performance
Ensure timely and accurate financial reports to management
Analyze trends and provide recommendations for cost control and financial efficiency

🧾 Billing & Collections

Oversee billing processes for therapy sessions and services
Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
Coordinate with front desk and admin team for proper documentation and invoicing
Maintain records of transactions and issue official receipts

📁 Compliance & Records

Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions
Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Coordinate government requirements such as taxes, BIR filings, and financial reports
Work with external accountants or auditors when necessary

🧠 Support for Strategic Planning

Assist in financial forecasting and planning for expansion
Generate financial data for management reviews and strategic decisions
Support the evaluation of new investments, partnerships, or operational improvements

📌 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 2 years experience in financial management, accounting, or finance roles
Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance standards
Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
Trustworthy with confidential financial data
Willing to work onsite in Bacoor, Cavite
